To make sure that everything can be standardised as well as fit the Internet, a fixed design layout is being used. All you have to do is insert into the boxes what you want to appear.

Details can be submitted in two ways:

Postal Submission Instructions:

1) Choose either an Event or Club listing.
2) If you want both, then simply submit two copies of the form.
3) Use one box per letter, number, punctuation mark or space between words.
4) Please PRINT clearly.
5) Submit your text plus cheque (if appropriate) to:

6) If you wish to have a proof copy to check then enclose an sae.
7) You will have 7 days from the date of our postmark to submit any correction to the original text due to an error on our part. We regret that we cannot begin again with an alternative text.
